Patrick Henry High School is one of the top High Schools in San Diego County for academics and sports (#24 in US News and World). It is rich in history as well as the top school in California for Engineering and includes dozens of clubs and sports.

Patrick Henry Wrestling Team has been competing since 1970. We are a Division 1 program in the Western League of San Diego Conference. In 2025 we placed 3rd in San Diego and 11th at CIF D1 Section.
