First Practice (Boys and Girls): Nov 5th

First practice will meet at the wrestling room on November 5th at 6am.

Prior to the first practice, every wrestler must have a physical and complete the AthleticClearence. All information can be found on the School Website.

Required Gear:

• Gym shorts and shirt.
• Wrestling Shoes (Amazon, Ebay, Big5 etc)
• Mouth guard (for anyone who has braces).
• Water bottle.

Optional Gear

• Knee pads
• Headgear (Amazon, Ebay, etc).
