To finish out the 2022 post season Patrick Henry wrestlers met up the day before first day of school at Mission Beach for a day of bonding, BBQ and of course, Beach Wrestling.
In total 12 people competed including students, alumni and coaches. The team celebrated a successful off-season of camps, summer tournaments, and a lot of lifting and wrestling. Five new freshmen are coming in with a few months of experience to join the squad with four returning seniors, making for an exciting season.
The team begins wrestling pre-season wrestling this week.
Non-Mandatory practices are on Wed 5:30-7:30, Fri 3:30-5:30 and Sunday 8:30-10:30.
All are welcome to come out and try wrestling.
