Patrick Henry is now home to the Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Club.
We invite all wrestlers/grapplers and anyone else interested in learning and training wrestling who is older than 18 to come to practices at Patrick Henry Wrestling Room.
Practices are lead by Michael Joseph.
Michael Joseph wrestled at Palomar College and Division 2 at Minnesota State University. He was the assistant coach at Palomar College under Brody Barios and is a wrestling coach at Arena.
These are structured practices created to teach technique, provide opportunities for live in a safe and structured way.
Time/Location
Practices are Fridays 7-8:30 at Patrick Henry Wrestling
