Patrick Henry is now home to the Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Club.
We invite all wrestlers/grapplers and anyone else interested in learning and training wrestling who is older than 18 to come to practices at Patrick Henry Wrestling Room.
Practices are lead by USA Gold Level Coach: Andrew Cook.
Andrew Cook is the Head Coach of UCSD Wrestling Team. He was the head coach of the Indian National Team and has coached numerous All Americans.
These are structured practices created to teach technique, provide opportunities for live in a safe and structured way.

Practices are Tuesdays 6-8:00 at Patrick Henry Wrestling
